Exchanges and Returns
The customer has the right to exchange or return goods within 14 days of purchase. In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” and Article 27 of Order No. 104 of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine “On the Approval of the Rules for the Retail Trade in Non-Food Goods”, goods of satisfactory quality may be exchanged if:
• the goods have not been used and show no signs of use: scratches, chips, etc.;
• the goods are complete, and the packaging is intact;
• the goods retain their marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals and labels;
• the receipt issued to the buyer together with the goods sold has been retained;
• the goods are also eligible for return and/or exchange if they have a manufacturing defect.
Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable when returning goods.
Refunds are processed by transferring funds to a bank card (all bank details must be provided) within 30 days.
To arrange a return, please download, print and complete the return form and hand it over to the delivery service along with the goods.
